About the Role
Hoomanely is looking for a Senior Product Designer to define how design works across our product ecosystem. Working directly with the CEO, co-founders, and Head of Product, you will transform complex pet-health data into calm, clear, and actionable experiences for pet parents.
What You'll Do
- Define Hoomanely’s visual language, creative direction, and design standards
- Shape how the brand looks, feels, communicates, and moves across mobile, web, device UI, marketing, and communications
- Own end-to-end user flows, navigation structures, and multi-step interactions
- Design trustworthy experiences for health and behavioural data, AI-generated insights, and probabilistic outputs
- Translate sensor and hardware telemetry into clear summaries, insights, and actions
- Elevate AI and conversational product surfaces through rich inline UI, data cards, and interactive widgets
- Partner with marketing to ensure campaigns and communications feel consistent with the product
- Collaborate directly with founders, product, and engineering to shape what gets built
- Evaluate existing experiences and competitors to identify opportunities and define product direction
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping while retaining strong final creative judgment
- Operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- 5-8 years of UX and UI design experience
- Demonstrated experience defining product direction, not only executing design briefs
- Experience with data-dense products, healthcare, wellness, fintech, high-trust domains, AI products, or connected devices
- Strong systems thinking as well as excellent attention to interface detail
- Strong product-writing and tone-of-voice instincts
- Confidence presenting, defending, and refining design decisions based on evidence
- Portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking, visual direction, and high-quality execution
