About the Role
Hoomanely is seeking a Senior UI Designer to own the craft and systems that bring our product to life. You will work closely with product and engineering to turn visual direction into a scalable, rigorous design system across mobile, web, and device interfaces.
What You'll Do
- Create, scale, and maintain the design system, including guidelines, patterns, components, tokens, and visual libraries
- Build reusable components, templates, iconography, and visual assets that scale with the product
- Maintain structured Figma files with auto-layout, component properties, variants, and token mapping for clean engineering handoff
- Define motion and micro-interaction patterns that enhance the product experience
- Apply high precision to typography, grid alignment, colour semantics, elevation, and spatial rhythm
- Design complete state coverage, including empty, loading, progressive, and error states
- Ensure visual consistency across iOS, Android, web, and device UI
- Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality design within real technical constraints
- Extend product-design direction into new flows and screens
- Use AI tools for exploration and iteration while retaining final design judgment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- 5+ years of UI design experience across mobile and digital surfaces
- Advanced Figma expertise, including components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, and structured file hygiene
- Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools
- Exceptional attention to visual detail at pixel and animation-frame level
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable design systems and polished product interfaces
